During the weekend January 24th and 25th 2026 East Lancashire Railway ran a ‘Open House’ event, our Saddletank 752 (as 11456) was on view for public access to the running shed with many other locos, Pug 19 as 11243 ran a ‘top and tail’ of 2 brakevans together with Saddletank ‘ J.N.Darbyshire’ between Buckley Wells and Bolton Street Station.
